"Cape Breton is world renown for its natural beauty, majestic eagles and moose, professional artists, and warm hospitality.  Here, at Cape Breton Antler Art you will find all of the above.  Each exquisite carving is produced from authentic moose antlers which are a renewable resource.  (Moose shed their antlers each fall)."

"LeNoir Forge is a one-and-one half storey, French Style, stone building situated at the water’s edge in Arichat, Nova Scotia. Festival & Events

L'Ardoise Acadian Days Festival ((L'Ardoise)
"Acadians can celebrate the pioneers of L’Ardoise who came to the area circa 1750, close to the time of the defeat of the Fortress of Louisbourg to the English. Many fished for a living, although some are listed as being coasters by trade, which may refer to ships which trade along the coast. Their lives may have been simple, but they have left a rich and fascinating culture."
